Caleb brings 11+ years of extensive and diversified sales and management experience to OMG. He entered into the advertising and marketing arena as a Regional Sales Manager for Lee Enterprises in La Crosse, WI in early 2019 and managed local sales teams in eastern MN and western WI. In his first eight months, he helped transform his team into a top-three performing market in nearly all revenue categories throughout the 77-market organization, a level maintained for pretty much his whole tenure. Caleb has proven himself as a strong sales leader, team development expert and digital seller.
