Internal Promotion
Lauren Wong has been promoted to Digital Editor for the City Sun Times here in Arizona. Lauren will be working on the following:
- Establish new themes and coverage topics/areas for the City Sun Times brand: Travel, entertainment, things to do, local business cool stories, places to eat-foodie scene.
- Leverage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc…) and video to grow and strengthen our City Sun Times brand.
- Reestablish and revamp weekly newsletter. Establish additional niche newsletters in three-six months (ie calendar content).
- Build relationships with influencers to grow and engage the audience.
- Establish “what’s happening this weekend” engaging content weekly.
- Work closely with the City Sun Times Editor and team to maximize our reach for both digital and print.
Lauren will continue to support PBS and our sponsored content programs until the end of the year as we build in additional resources to handle for each market.
Shelly, Jen and the team here do a great job each month with producing the City Sun Times print publication. Really looking forward to growing our digital audience and expanding the CST brand here in Arizona while maintaining a great print publication.
