Internal Promotion
Jade Lewandowski, currently Director of Sales, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. In this new role, Jade will continue managing her current team while adding responsibilities that include directly managing the Wisconsin sales team and spearheading the development of an inside (remote and in-office) sales team for the company. Additionally, Jade will assist with talent recruitment and our ongoing plans to simplify pricing, improve marketing and develop new products. Pam Mathes will continue to support and work closely with Jade to drive sales in Wisconsin and will also be getting more involved with key initiatives in Colorado and other OMG markets.
Since joining OMG in January of 2023, Jade has made a significant impact driving sales results in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota and New Mexico, including managing and building up her own book of business that includes some of our largest key accounts. Jade brings over 19 years of sales and sales management experience and knowledge to our team. She has a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. We are eager to see Jade take on expanded responsibilities in this new position and look forward to the continued growth and success of our team. Jade will continue to report directly to me in this role.
