Internal Promotion
Nikki Lee, currently a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, has been promoted to Sales Manager of the Minnesota market. In this new role, Nikki will continue to work with Jade while taking on additional responsibilities that include training and managing the sales team, with a strong focus on driving total revenue growth and enhancing our digital footprint.
Since joining OMG in November 2021, Nikki has significantly impacted our sales, especially within our digital agency. She has contributed over $500k in new digital agency revenue alone with a whopping 153% growth YOY. This success is a testament to Nikki’s expertise and dedication.
Nikki brings 15 years of diverse media experience, including digital, print, direct mail, newspapers and even Yellow Pages. Her experience ranges from leading the Majors/National team at the Star Tribune to winning an award for digital growth at Vivial (now Thryv).
A true passion for the sales process and a commitment to developing long-term partnerships have always driven Nikki. She believes a consultative sales mindset is needed to generate mutual success and lasting relationships.
